I collaborate with my clients to build a relationship that is tailored towards the unique needs of each individual. In order for healing to occur, I believe that providing hope and support within a nonjudgmental environment is key. In the therapeutic relationship, I work together with my clients to move towards a higher awareness of one’s self which allows for change leading to a harmonious life. Within this process I help clients to be present to their individual experience along with understanding all relationships in their lives. Clients are also guided in changing thoughts and beliefs that interfere with their wellness.
