Chloe Ring, LGPC

We all deserve a safe, open, and accepting space where we can discuss and share our challenges, difficulties, and deepest vulnerabilities. This is not an easy thing to do. Showing up for ourselves is hard. Yet through empathy, collaboration, and insight, therapy can change how we see ourselves and the world around us. I am here to assist you on this personal journey.

Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with kindness, self-compassion, and curiosity. I strive to meet my clients where they are in the therapeutic process with the use of various interventions and techniques. Whether struggling with anxiety, depression, or the many life transitions, I find a dynamic and an eclectic approach with the use of insight-oriented therapies such as Person-Centered techniques, psychodynamic approaches, Mindfulness (mind-body connection), Internal Family Systems techniques, and Cognitive strategies are effective ways to grow, heal, and learn. All clients receive a tailored experience in support of their growth and development. Together, we will work collaboratively to increase self-awareness, balance, and wellbeing. Through insight and use of strengths, you and I can facilitate the necessary changes to increase your quality of life. I look forward to working along side of you!

I have a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University.
