Shelby Bruggeman, MA

Everyone deserves a safe and accepting environment where they can share the unique challenges and difficulties they may face. I offer a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and comfortable space to explore and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I strive to meet my clients where they are in the therapeutic process and support all clients during their exploration and development. I utilize a primarily client-centered and holistic approach and tailor techniques to each client’s individual needs. Together we will work towards identifying and achieving your personal goals while striding towards awareness, healing, and wellness.

I welcome adults of all backgrounds and identities. I have supported clients with a variety of concerns including major life transitions, stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and adjusting to new environments or circumstances. I am here to provide you support, collaboration, and a warm welcoming environment. When you feel ready to begin your journey, I welcome you to schedule an initial session to discuss your goals for a more fulfilled life. I look forward to meeting with you.

I have received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology-Neuroscience from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
