Lorin Kotz, LGPC

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship
strain, grief, ADHD, addiction, or an unexpected life transition, you deserve a space where you
feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported.

As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and
couples. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens
within a trusting relationship. I meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels
supportive, steady, and empowering.

I believe growth begins when we feel truly heard. When your story is acknowledged, and your
struggles are met with compassion, meaningful change becomes possible. My role is not to fix
you, but to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward
with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.

In our work together, we will explore patterns, deepen insight, and develop practical tools that
strengthen resilience and emotional regulation. I draw from evidence-based approaches, and
therapy is always tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College and
my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New England College.

Whatever season you are in, you do not have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to
support you. Christine Caine wrote, “Sometimes when you’re in a dark place, you think you’ve
been buried, but you’ve actually been planted.” Now it’s time to Bloom!
